INSI's design approach is based on a closer collaborative and client-focused design process to bring projects to life. Our process starts with an in-depth analysis phase, where we work with our clients to understand the many layers and interwoven relationships occurring within your project. The next step is documenting the analysis through a series of diagrams focusing on performative aspects of the project – activities, relationships and movements that occur on a day-to-day basis. Once the activities are clearly defined, we design your building or environment around them. INSI is committed to delivering high-quality construction supervision services. We have an in-house quality management system like no other ensuring all technical, budgetary, program requirements, are all met. We have a dedicated construction supervision team of engineers specializing in quality control and site management. Our teams work to reduce technical risks, prevent construction errors, control budgets and meet project deadlines. To maintain quality control we regularly audit the site teams to ensure that our procedures are being followed. Our extensive experience spans every aspect of construction in sectors such as education, government, military, commercial and residential complexes.
